Client Testimonials

The proof is
in the people.

Real clients. Real results. Real transformations — physically, mentally, and in how they live.

Lou

"My journey with Aymon over a 3+ year professional PT/coach relationship has changed me extraordinarily for the better."

I met Aymon as a 50+ overweight woman, who hadn't stepped in a gym for nearly 30 years. Outwardly confident as a person but wholly unfit and inflexible and inwardly unhappy because of weight and fitness.

Aymon was my first coach. He metaphorically held my hand, took baby steps with me, encouraged me and fired me up with self belief. Belief that I could change, become a better physical version of myself. He kept an eye on me, checked in with me both in class and privately. Gave me realistic goals, made a fuss of me and was so encouraging when I'd achieved a goal — no matter how small or large.

As a mum of older children who had worked full time for years, I had always put myself last. Aymon made me prioritise myself for a change. At first I felt uncomfortable and selfish — but then enjoyment took over. Those foundations have enabled me to grow as a person, be far more confident about my ability, and have more energy and self belief.

You're never too old to make a difference. I credit Aymon with kick-starting my road to physical recovery.

"What really stood out was how invested you were. All of it felt genuinely personalised."

The biggest impact Aymon had on me was during my recovery from pec major rupture surgery. Training was honestly pretty grim mentally. Weeks of bike erg work and isometrics didn't fill me with excitement — but he somehow made those sessions enjoyable and gave me something to focus on beyond not being able to train properly.

The support over WhatsApp, the custom workouts, the progression, the encouragement — all of it felt genuinely personalised. He gave me goals to work towards and kept me feeling like I was still progressing rather than just waiting to recover. I've still got the workouts saved in our chat from 2022.

What separates Aymon from a lot of coaches is how much he genuinely cares. Coaching was never just a job for him. People could feel that. Most people recovering from injuries end up feeling like an inconvenience or an afterthought. He did the opposite.

He made me feel supported, prioritised, and mentally engaged during a difficult period — and that makes a much bigger difference than most coaches probably realise.

What did Aymon help you achieve?

Taught me to not be self conscious in the gym, coming from zero exercising experience. How to safely push myself, use equipment, set goals and maintain communication. Given me confidence and a genuine feeling of wellness.

How would you describe his coaching style?

Attentive, exceptionally knowledgeable, focussed, friendly, fun.

What made him different?

Quick to assess during sessions and discreetly correct any wrong positions. Huge enthusiasm and the ability to create a buzz and encourage healthy competition within group training.

What stood out most?

Not one session — but the continual encouragement in seeing my achievements building over time.

What would you say to someone considering working with Aymon?

"No matter how little experience you have or how fully competent you are, Aymon will bring out the very best in you. Actively encouraging but pushing you to your limits. Innovative and able to change any exercise to suit any injuries instantly — such is his depth of knowledge."
